我该如何取消一个课时?

由于某个原因您不能参加预约好的课时,italki建议您可以和教师重新预约该课时。更多关于重新预约课时的详情请点击下面链接:如何重新预约一个课时?

 

只有在特殊情况下教师和学生都达成一致,italki可以取消课时,反之,我们建议双方选择一个时间重新预约该课时。

 

如需取消一个课时,请按照以下步骤操作:

1)与您的教师取得联系并告知您需要取消该课时,同时要求您的教师在课时消息里写上接受并同意。记得提前发送一个消息和邮件告诉您的教师,例如:“Hello. I am sorry, but I will not be able to reschedule.  I would like to cancel this session.  If you agree, please write your agreement in the session messages, and I will contact italki to request a cancellation.”

 

2)写在课时的消息里面您希望取消该课时。例如:"I would like to cancel this session instead of rescheduling.  I have contacted my teacher."

 

3)同时确认您的教师也在课时消息里回复,例如:"I agree to cancel this session instead of rescheduling."

italki staff must be able to see in the session messages that both teacher and student want to cancel the session.

italki的员工需要在课时消息里看到教师和学生双方都同意取消课时的信息。

4)找到课时的ID并发送邮件给 support@italki.com

您可以已如下格式并附上课时ID,发送取消课时的请求给italki:

"Hello, I would like to cancel Session # XXXXXXXXX.  As you will see from the session messages, we have agreement to cancel the session."

 

如果教师没有答复怎么办?

italki会给于另一方72小时或3天的时间来答复取消课时的请求。如果您联系过教师而且过去3天仍未收到教师的回复请联系 support@italki.com 例如:"As you will see from the session messages, I have contacted the teacher and waited at least 72 hours or 3 days, but there is no response.  Please help me cancel this session."
