Payment Timelines
For Paypal, Payoneer, and bank transfers (by Payoneer), withdrawals are processed twice a month.
If you submit a request... |
Payment will be sent... |
Between 1st and 15th of the month |
Between 16th and 26th (26th at the latest) |
Between 16th and 30/31st of the month |
Between 1st and 10th (10th at the latest) of the next month |
Since we have teachers in different time zones, we calculate the first and last date of the month according to UTC (+0) (Coordinated Universal Time).
For example, if you submit a withdrawal request using PayPal or Payoneer on the 12th, we will collect the request on the 15th (the withdrawal deadline date). Payment will be sent any time between the 16th and the 26th.
How to Check Your Payment Status
After you’ve submitted your withdrawal request, you can check your payment status by clicking “Withdrawal History” on your My Wallet page.
You can find your estimated payment date and time by clicking “View Details”.
Payment Status Definitions
Status: Pending approval
If your withdrawal request is pending approval (it hasn’t been processed yet), you can still edit the following:
- The payment method
- The payment account email address
- The payment amount
You can also cancel the request. If you want to make an express withdrawal, you can only do so when your withdrawal is pending approval.
Can I make multiple withdrawal requests?
You can only submit one withdrawal request per payment cycle.
If you submit another withdrawal request within the same payment cycle (so between the 1st and 15th or the 16th and 30/31st) this won’t be considered a new withdrawal. Instead, you will be editing the first withdrawal request you made.
Status: Payment Pending
If your withdrawal request is payment pending, you won’t be able to:
- Edit your request
- Cancel you request
- Make an express withdrawal.
If you want to make an express withdrawal, you can contact us to cancel it for you. Then you can submit an express withdrawal.
If you don’t cancel your withdrawal request, your payment will be sent during the 10 day payment period.
Status: Completed
This means your payment has been sent to you.
Status: Canceled
There are 2 main reasons why a withdrawal request can be canceled:
- We couldn’t send your payment because your payment information was incorrect or incomplete. In this case, please contact us to confirm your payment withdrawal details.
- You canceled your withdrawal request.
