Check your Withdrawal History for details on the status of your withdrawal. You can check on your withdrawal status by clicking on Edit Profile -> My Wallet -> Withdraw History.
Payment Status
After submitting your Withdrawal request, depending on what payment method you've chosen, italki will process your payment as follows:
Pending approval
You have submitted your withdrawal request. Payment has not started processing and you can still edit (the payment method, the payment account email address and the amount) or cancel this request. You can only make an express withdrawal under this status.
Payment Pending
Your withdrawal request has been successfully approved. You can no longer edit or cancel this request and you cannot make an express withdrawal on your own, but need to contact italki to cancel it first and then you submit an express withdrawal.
At this point, provided your Payment information is correct, you will receive your funds at some point during the 10-day Payment period. See below for more details.
Completed
Your withdraw request has been approved and italki has sent payment to you. Congratulations!
Canceled
- Situation 1: italki canceled your withdrawal request due to the payment failure. We were unable to send you funds because your Payment information was incorrect or incomplete. Please contact support to confirm your Payment Withdrawal details.
- Situation 2: You canceled your withdrawal request.
Declined
Your withdrawal request was not approved.
For Paypal, Payoneer, and Bank Transfer(by Payoneer) Withdrawals (Payment twice a month)
Withdrawal Deadline Days - 15th and 30th / 31st of each month
10 Day Sending Money Period
For example, if you submit a withdrawal request using Paypal or Payoneer on the 12th of the month, italki will collect the request on the 15th of the month (The withdraw deadline date). You will receive the funds between 16th to 25th of the month (
payment processing period). Note that you may receive your funds at any time during this 10-day period.
