How can I deactivate my teacher profile?

If you decide that it's best to deactivate your teacher profile, you must first make sure that:

1. You have no lessons under these statuses: upcoming, action required, waiting. (check here: https://teach.italki.com/lessons/sessions)
2. You have no packages under these statuses: active, action required, temporarily frozen. (check here: https://teach.italki.com/lessons/packages)
3. You understand that you have to re-apply if you want to resume teaching on italki. Your lesson history will be saved.

Next, contact italki support and we will process your request to deactivate your teacher profile.
