How do I edit my Teacher Calendar?

Where do I find my teacher's calendar on the PC web? 

You can either click on “My Calendar” on the navigation bar or go to “Teacher settings– Lessons and Availability– Teacher Calendar”

How to create available time slots?

You can either click on create or drag on the blank space on your calendar to create a time slot. You can set a single time slot or one that repeats. For example, 8 am-5 pm every Monday. 

How to edit/delete my time slots?

Click on a green time slot grid on the calendar and you will see the availability detail in a pop-up window. Then click on the edit or delete button to do the modifications. 

How do I reset my availability?

You can click on the button“reset availability” on the left bottom of the page to reset slots for some time or all available slots. 

Can I still turn on vacation mode?

Unfortunately, the new calendar does not support the “turn on vacation” mode. As an alternative, you can go to Teacher Settings–  Lessons and Availability– Availability settings to accept lesson requests from Nobody and then click on “save”. This way, you will not receive any lesson requests during the vacation. Don’t forget to change it back to accept lesson requests after you come back from vacation! 

I can’t use the new calendar on my old version italki app. What can I do?

The new calendar is only available on the latest version, so you must update your app. If not, you can only have access to it on the PC web.
