It is important for teachers to keep their availability updated so that students can request the times that work for you. Please note that changing your availability will not affect any lessons that have already been booked - those times are "locked in".
How to edit your time schedule
Click on the "Teacher Settings" option and then select the "Lessons and Availability" tab and “Teaching Calendar”.

How to add your available teaching times
Click the available date and choose the time slot from the drop list.
Click "+Add New Time Slot" to add another time slot. Select the available time slot from the drop list.
Click "APPLY TO ALL MONDAYS" to apply the same time slot to all Mondays as it is a regular schedule. Click "APPLY TO SEP 14 ONLY" to apply the time slot to this date only.
How to modify my time schedule
To modify a specific Time Availability period on your calendar, simply click the date and edit the time slot in the drop list. For example, you are no longer available from 16:00-18:00. You may select 16:00 from the drop list to remove the 2 hours on your teacher calendar. If you are no longer available during the whole time slot from 7am to 11am, you may just click the "bin" button to delete the whole time slot. Then click "APPLY TO ALL XXDAYS" if this change should be repeated to every week. Click "APPLY TO (THE DATE) ONLY" if this change is a special case for this date only.
How to set up vacation mode?
Vacation mode automatically block all lesson requests while you are having vacation. You will not receive and do not need to respond to lesson request during your vacation after clicking "TURN ON VACATION" button and confirm. Remember to click "BACK FROM VACATION" button after you come back from vacation so that you can receive lesson requests again.
You may use Calendar Cleanup to clear up a specific period of availability.
If you still would like to receive lesson requests while you are having vacation, you may click "CALENDAR CLEANUP" button to clear the availability during your vacation period by specifying the start date and the end date of your vacation. Your students will not be able to have lessons with you during your vacation period as you are not available, but they can still send lesson requests to you during your vacation period. You are still required to respond to your lesson request within 48 hours or before lesson start time, otherwise, you will receive a penalty. The earliest time a student can book a lesson with you is 12 hours before lesson starts.
If you will be unavailable for a while
If you will be gone and cannot respond to lesson requests, please also go to "Lessons and Availability - Availability Settings" and set your lesson request availability status to "Allow lesson requests from Nobody". This will remove you from teacher search and no students will be able to send you lesson requests. You can reset your settings when you come back.
