Credits Refund Policy
Authorized payments are final. No refunds will be given for purchased italki Credits.
If your Lesson Request is canceled by you, declined by a teacher, or expires (not confirmed by the Teacher in time), you will receive a 100% refund to your italki student wallet.
If there is a problem with your lesson, we suggest that you discuss this first with your teacher and check if a refund can be provided. Once a lesson is confirmed completed, the credits will be transferred to your teacher and italki will not be able to process your refund request.

Credits Expiration Policy
Your italki Credits will not expire as long as you are an active member of italki.
If your italki account has been inactive for more than twelve (12) months, the italki Credits will expire.
You can contact italki Customer Support to activate your credits if they have expired for less than 12 months. Credits can be reactivated once and will extend the validation period for another 12 months.
