"Enriching 21st Century Language Education: The CEFR Companion Volume in Practice"

The Education Department of the Council of Europe is organizing an international conference entitled “Enriching 21st Century Language Education: The CEFR Companion Volume in Practice”

The aims of the conference are to:

• Publicize the case studies being published in the volume Enriching 21st century language education: The CEFR Companion volume in practice, currently in press;
• further the CEFR concept of inclusive, action-oriented, plurilingual language education;
• maintain the momentum for reflection and reform in language education achieved with the CEFR Companion volume and the related CEFR Online Workshop Series 2022;
• value the contributions made by institutions and educators supporting the efforts of the Council of Europe in this field.
