If in rare cases - teachers didn't attend a lesson without giving prior notice due to technical issues or personal emergencies - or there are other problems with your lesson, after the lesson, you can report a problem and let us know what happened.
In this situation, please make sure:
- Contact your teacher during and after the lesson time to check if the teacher is available
- If there is no response from the teacher, report a problem
- Select lesson problem “teacher did not attend and did not give prior notice” and the solution
The teacher will have 3 days to respond to the request. If the lesson problem and solution are accepted, the lesson problem will be resolved in accordance with the solution proposed when the problem was reported. If the lesson problem and solution are declined, italki will settle the Lesson Dispute. A final decision will be made based on the information and details provided by both parties.
