Can I cancel or edit a “lesson problem” request?

The lesson problem submitted to italki, unfortunately, cannot be edited. However, as long as the other party hasn’t responded to your lesson problem request, you can click on “withdraw problem request” to cancel the lesson problem report. You have up to 3 days to withdraw your lesson problem request (starting from the lesson problem reporting day).

If you withdraw the lesson problem request within 72 hours days after lesson time, you can:

• Report a new lesson problem
• Complete the lesson and leave lesson feedback normally 

If you withdraw the lesson problem request 72 hours after lesson time, the lesson will be marked as completed with lesson credits transferred to the teacher.
