Our goal is to help new students to have the confidence to take those first lessons on italki. We believe that lessons on italki are one of the best ways to learn a language, and we can convince students to take that first step and purchase your trial lesson. 

Students who are new to online learning and 1-on-1 lessons might feel anxious about booking their first lesson.

Offering a guarantee shows students that there is a layer of protection for your lesson and they can feel confident about your lesson quality. It is a great way of showing that we think our service works well and leaves students 100% satisfied.   

Q: How will students be refunded? 

All trial lessons will automatically offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your students are not satisfied with their trial, they can contact our customer support team before confirming the lesson, Then request the credits be returned. This increases their confidence when booking, and increases your chances of getting that booking. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee can only be used on up to 2 trial lessons.
