Hello, as my first name is quite long everyone calls me Anka. I am German and grew up in Hanover. After studying in the Netherlands I now live for more than 9 years in the Czech Republic. In school I learned English and Spanish, during my studies I learned some Dutch and now I am learning Czech. Next to languages I love traveling. I have spent most of my work life in the hotel and airline industry. Therefore, my vocabulary in English is specialized in customer service for these two areas.
