What is italki Credits

"italki Credits" is the virtual currency purchased from italki, which can be used solely on the italki Platform to purchase Teacher Services.

italki Credits Refund Policy

Authorized payments are final. No cash refunds will be given for purchased italki Credits.

• If your lesson request is canceled by you, declined by a teacher, or expires (not confirmed by the Teacher in time), you will receive a 100% refund to your italki Student Wallet.
• If your lesson is canceled 24 hours prior to the lesson time, the lesson credits will be transferred to your italki Student Wallet.
• If your lesson is canceled by reporting a lesson problem after lesson time, and the agreement has been reached, the lesson credits will be transferred to your italki Student Wallet.

italki Credits Expiration Policy

italki Credits will expire if your account has been inactive (no login) for more than 12 months. Expired credits may be reactivated only once if the credits have expired for less than 12 months.

After reactivation, the credits will be valid for another 12 months.
