How do I get a receipt or invoice?

To receive a receipt for your purchased italki Credits:

  1. Go to My Wallet
  2. Click the filter filter.png next to Transaction Details
  3. Select Date range and transaction type of Buy italki credits 
  4. Find your purchase record and click Download Receipt 2.2-download_receipt.png
  5. Enter your billing information and click Download As PDF2.2.2-download_as_PDF.png
