How to log in Business Account?
1. When the BOS account is ready, administrators can log in to their own italki account, then access the business interface by clicking ''italki Business'' on the side bar.
2. After login, administrators can use the following functions:
- Have an overview of all members' lesson details
- Download individual reports and all members' report
- Top up the credits and create Invoices
- Distribute the credits between members

Buy Credits for BOS account
Administrators can buy the credits via bank transfer or credit/debit card when click "Buy Credits" button on the Finance page.
Add/Remove Credits
Basic Plan: admins can only add credits, not remove.
Standard or above plans: only Super Administrators can remove credits from members, regular admins can add credits.
Add a new member
Go to the Members page and click on Add a New Member to invite your employees to join the account. They will receive an email with the link to join.
Super Admin vs Regular Administrator
Basic Plan: only regular admin role is available
Standard Plan and above: Each account can have only one Super Admin, who has full administrative privileges. Other administrators cannot remove the Super Admin. Super Admin is assigned by italki during account setup. They can transfer the Super Admin role to another admin, grant admin access to other members, or revoke admin permissions.
Regular admins can only view reports and add credits.
Settings
The administrator can edit the company profile at https://www.italki.com/organization/settings. This includes Display Name, Legal Name, VAT ID Number, Country, Billing Address, Contact, Phone.
After the edit is done, please click “save”.
