To cancel a subscription made via Google, please visit: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid.
To cancel a subscription made with a credits card or Paypal, please go to Settings - Payment in your italki account.
You may cancel your paid subscription two days before the start of your next billing period. Once the subsciption is canceled, your benefits will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
Please note that you won't receive a refund for the billing cycle you have already paid for.
