italki Plus Billing date and Invoice

When will I be charged for my subscription?

As an italki Plus member, you are automatically charged once a month/year starting on the date you subscribe. Your billing date may be one day earlier or later due to time zone differences. Payments may take several days to appear on your account.

If the day of your billing date does not occur every month (i.e. on the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.

If you pay through a third party, your billing date may vary from your provider's billing date.

How do I get a receipt or invoice?

To receive a receipt for your subscription payment:

1. Go to My Wallet on the italki website.

2. Click "italki Plus" under Transaction Detail.

3. Find your purchase record and click Download Receipt.
