How to redeem a Tandem code

Redeem your code

1. Download the app and sign up for free. Enrollment is only available through the app. Tandem will review each application within 24 hours to ensure a safe and enjoyable community. If you haven’t been approved within 72 hours, please reapply.

2. Android: Codes are valid for 7 days.

Please navigate to the Play Store App. At the top right, tap on the profile icon and choose “Payments & subscriptions”.

Click “Redeem code”.

Enter your code and Redeem.

iOS: Codes are valid for 7 days.

Please access your App Store, navigate to the Today tab, select your profile, and click on “Redeem Gift Card or Code.”

Select “You can also enter your code manually”, enter your code and Redeem.

3. Go to the Tandem app, and tap on "Pro" to be upgraded. Please close and reopen the app if the Tandem Pro features don't appear in your profile.
