What is Teacher Podcast 

Teacher Podcast is an audio post created by teachers for language learners. 

How to create a podcast 

1. Create a channel 

In order to create a podcast, you will have to create a channel first. Usually, a channel explains the theme of your podcast. Click “Create channel” to create a new Podcast channel. 

2. Upload episodes to your channel

Record a new episode for your channel and upload it to one of your existing channels.

3. Episode review status 

Every episode you upload will need to be reviewed first. Your episode status will show “Under review” and will not be able to be seen by others until the review process is complete.  

Once your episode is approved, the episode will be visible to other users on the podcast homepage on the italki App. If you choose to share your episodes in the italki Community, you’ll also be able to find your episodes there. Your channel won’t be visible to other italki users until you have uploaded at least ONE approved episode to your channel.

If your episode is rejected, you can edit the content and re-upload it. Your episode will go through the review process again.

Please kindly keep in mind that you can only delete podcasts after they have been reviewed. You cannot delete a podcast episode while it is under review.
