A teacher will have a maximum of 48h (or the lesson start time, whichever is sooner) to respond to a lesson request.
Your lesson is booked successfully only after your lesson request is accepted by your teacher.
If your lesson request is declined, you will receive the credits returned to your Student Wallet.
Successfully purchased italki credits cannot be refunded to cash. Read more about our Credit Policies.
