What is 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We understand finding the right teacher can take a few trials and we want to be as helpful as possible.

To ensure that you find a teacher who meets your needs, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. You can have up to two times credit refund for your trial lessons when:

• The Teacher didn’t show up
• The Teacher didn’t meet your expectations for the class
• The trial lesson was purchased & paid for by you (*Lessons bought using vouchers are not eligible)

To apply the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on your trial lesson, please contact our customer success team within 48 hours after your trial lesson time is passed and provide the below information:

• Lesson ID
• The reasons that you are not satisfied

Please note that any requests made after the lesson is marked complete will not be processed.

Any violations of italki terms will not be covered by the 100% satisfaction guarantee.
